Our Story

Eved began with a small team of passionate problem solvers who believed that even the most complex business processes could be made simple, digital, and human.

Our story started in live events, where creativity meets coordination and where getting vendors paid once meant endless spreadsheets, manual approvals, and long nights. We saw talented planners spending their weekends reconciling payments instead of creating extraordinary experiences.

The Problem We Saw

While planners struggled to move fast, finance and leadership teams had little to no visibility into how massive event budgets were being spent.

Traditional enterprise systems were never designed for the speed and flexibility that meetings and productions require. As a result, planners had to work outside those systems, creating inefficiency for them and a complete loss of visibility and control for the business.

The Solution We Built

Eved was created to bridge that gap. We believed we could give event teams the speed and flexibility they needed while giving companies the control and transparency they had been missing.

What began as a startup with a bold idea has grown into a global enterprise platform trusted by some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations.
