How to open an account

Opening an account in our supplier network is easy – it only takes about 10 minutes.

Accept the invitation from your email to join your client’s private network of suppliers.

Important Note: Please use the same email address that the invite was sent to when creating your Merchant Account. If you do not, you will not be added to your client’s preferred supplier network.

Enable direct deposit by adding your company’s bank account information.

Upload the relevant tax form.

Add a finance contact.

Don’t forget to complete your company profile; this is your opportunity to market to Eved’s global customer base in our supplier marketplace.

Once these steps are complete, your account is ready to receive RFPs, purchase orders and payments.

TIP  #1

Once you use the invitation to create a username and password, you have an active account. From this point forward, you need to go to the Eved website to log in instead of using the email invitation.

We highly encourage creating multiple users in case of missed notifications, email changes or staff changes.
