Meet Jackie

Director of Product

Jackie is Eved’s Director of Product. She has been with the company since 2012, when she made the leap from the event planning industry into the event tech world, when she started at Eved as the lead on the help desk. Prior to Eved, she did everything from ticketing management at music festivals, to art gallery installation, to non-profit member services, instilling a ‘Jackie of all trades’ skill set, and hustler mentality that would serve her well in the startup world. Over time, her work at Eved veered into release project management and user feedback documentation, leading to her becoming Eved’s first product manager in 2014. She now owns the enterprise product road map, and coordinates product builds across cross functional teams to ensure new features and enhancements are successful for all internal and external stakeholders. She has an art history degree from Washington and Lee University, and an MBA from the University of Louisville, giving her both the critical thinking background of a liberal arts major, combined with the quantitative skills of a business pro. Obsessions include beautifully executed online forms, La Croix, Spotify Daily Mixes, twitter, and the never-ending search for the perfect leather jacket. When she’s not wrangling product, she can be found roaming around Logan Square where she lives with her husband, their two kids, their two cats, and a partridge in a pear tree.
