AIRPORT SHUTTLE

The International Studies Association's 48th Annual Convention arranged a dedicated O’Hare / Midway Airport Shuttle for ISA attendees through Eved Services. The shuttle will stop at the Hilton Chicago, Palmer House Hilton, Hyatt Chicago and Sheraton Chicago & Towers. The cost to ride the shuttle round trip is $45. This shuttle rate applies to arrivals on February 25-26, 2007 and departures on March 4, 2007. Our reservation portal is now closed. AIRPORT INSTRUCTIONS

Upon Arrival, please proceed to baggage claim area. Once you have your bags, call 630-477-2390 to confirm your arrival, then proceed to the last door of the Terminal and wait for the Shuttle. Signage on the bus will read "International Studies Association's 48th Annual Convention".

Upon Departure, please proceed to the 8th Street Entrance of the Hilton Chicago to board the Shuttle. Departure times will be posted at the 8th street entrance.

PRIVATE SEDAN

Eved Services is offering a special rate of $148.00 plus gratuity from both Midway and O'Hare. Prearranged reservations are required at least two days prior to arrival. Reservations can be made directly by dialing 312-786-6267 during weekday business hours or via email at islaughter@eved.com. You will need to identify yourself as an attendee of the International Studies Association's 48th Annual Convention.
